Return Policy
Stock Items
We accept returns of stock items within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom Holsters
All sales of custom holsters are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless you've received the incorrect product or there are manufacturing defects
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@midwesternfrontiers.com.
- We will provide free shipping for the return and send a replacement if requested.
How to Initiate a Return

- Please do not return items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please make a new purchase after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you do not see the refund after 15 business days, contact us for assistance.
