Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated arrival date of your package.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@midwesternfrontiers.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance in filing a claim.
